If you did not add the memo/tag, the transaction is still sent, but the funds become “stuck” because the system cannot link them to your account. First, check the transaction on the blockchain using its hash (TxID) to make sure the transfer is confirmed and has reached the service address. After that, you need to contact support, for example via Telegram, using the contact @GroshX_Manager, and provide the TxID and transaction ID details. Then the support team will ask you to record a video confirmation from your wallet or exchange to complete identification. If the video is accepted, the exchange reviews the request and within up to 72 hours may credit the funds to your account.
